Hi, it’s Joe and I’m launching a 4-week Body Transformation Contest starting on the 6th Feb!

Here is the deal.

1) Have in mind a ‘group’ eg co-workers, friends, sports team, social group etc.

2) Enter your name and email in the box below so that I can send you the entry form for your group.

3) Send your entry form to the ‘group’. The fee for the competition will be the cost of the Grand Prize (120 pounds) divided by your group, so if 10 people enter, it would only cost 12 pounds each.

4) Once your group has been registered, you will then have full access to all the workouts, food plans and trainer support that our VIP members do for the entire 4 weeks.

5) At the end of the 4 weeks, our pannel will select one of your group to win the pair of customised trainers. The winner will be based on best body shape change (not just weight) but tone and attendance.
